Over the Summer:
- YMCA - help out the summer camps
- Help the school by moving boxes, etc. for the History and Math departments.
- Baseball booth - Mondays and Thrusdays from 5-9 p.m.. Need two volunteers (now)
- Habitat for Humanity
- Salvation Army
- Relay for Life - July 20th - 21st. At the Eisenhower High School Track
Business:
- Arts for All - thanks for all the volunteers
- Voting on the BY-LAWS
- Comanche County Memorial Hospital - volunteers have to get a registration from Jessica and turned in by this Saturday. Starts June 1st to July 31st.
- Write Out Cancer - turn in today!!! If you have envelopes completed or not completed. PLEASE turn them in today or tomorrow by 8 a.m.
- Don't forget to sign up your first and last name and phone number on the Summer List so we can contact you!

Trivia!!!
Fundraiser - El Chico! From 5 to close, need at least 100 groups to attend or it doesn't count. They have to say they are from Eisenhower High School.
- Kiwanis Luncheons - are still going on, free food, and you get to skip class! HAVE to be able to drive or go with someone that can drive. It will still go on during the summer every Thursday, but make sure you get the hours to Jessica that same month or she cannot count them.
- Read To Lead - next Tuesday is the last time we will attend, so go and have fun! It is at 2:35 to about 3:30 at Eisenhower Elementary
- Arts For All - May 11-13th, (Friday evening, all day Sat., Sunday afternoon) need a lot of volunteers, so don't forget tp sign up after the meeting
- Relay For Life - July 20th - 21st. need to raise around $50. At Eisenhower Track.
- Children's Miracle Network - Wal*Mart - Allison
- Hospital hours - get them to Jessica ASAP
- Pop tabs - you can start collecting pop tabs again! Don't turn in until next school year.
- People who are willing to volunteer throughout the summer, please signup on the list that says "Summer Volunteers" with your complete name and phone #, or email Paul at pcunningham1290@sbcglobal.net.
- Anyone doing other hours needs to have at least 4 Key club members there for it to count.

If interested in running a committee, talk to an officer.
-Convention was great, we recieved the Most Improved Club Award, we were recognized for the Governor's Project, District Project, Division Project, Club Website (good job Allison and Paul!), and Distinguisehd Club award categories.
-DUES: for next year, can be paid now. $12 total. 50 cents goes toward Ike Key Club, the rest towards Kiwanis and Key Club International.

- Pancake day - April 17th, Tuesday. Need 10 volunteers from afterschool to 8 or 9. HAVE TO WEAR YOU SHIRT!

-CONVENTION
-There is a Convention meeting March 14th. If you are going to Convention, you MUST attend this meeting.
-Kiwanis luncheons are still every Thursday, sign up on the sheet at the front. You get to skip class, free food, and service hours! Please we need members to attend these luncheons. MUST have your own transportation
-Sleep in the Box is postponed until March 30th, due to our amazing Boys' Basketball team! From 8 pm to 8 am (Fri.-Sat.) Must raise $25 and don't forget your box!
-Little League Concessions Stand - sign up!
-Blood Drive- 49 people donat! We met our goal of 45! The pizza party will be at the next meeting on March 15th.
-Read to Lead - 2:35 to 3:30 every Tuesday at IKE Elementary
-State Decathlon Voulunteer Friday afternoon from 2-6 or Saturday from 9-4. See Mr. Bear in Rm #145 if interested.
-Convention Contests - sign up with Brooke Sheppardif interested.
-Write Out Cancer - 1st week of April.

- Little league - Concessions at basketball games in IKE gym. More information later.
- Read to Lead - every Thursday after school to 3:30, sign-up sheet, please mark what hour you would like to volunteer for.
- Blood Drive - Feb. 27th, from 8 - 3:30, sign-up sheet, please mark what hour you would like to volunteer for.
- Kiwanis Luncheons - sign up sheet, skip one hour, free meal, and one hour of service!
- Sleep in the Box - please sign up today, need to raise $25 that will go toward the Make A Wish Foundation. This year our child is Nathan who wants to ride in a limo from the airport to Disney World. There will be games.
- Member of the Month - STEVEN SPRIGGS! (He will receive $5 towards his Convention costs.)

February Business:
-Ronald McDonald House-leave @ 4 pm @ the main school parking area be there @ 3:45. If one brings 1 dish it will equal 2 hrs. Need volunteers to go to the hosue to help cook and serve food. Need permision to travel.
-DEC @ public library @ 10-12 on saturday. Need 4 members to go to vote for Lt. Gov.
-Valentine's Dance-Feb 12th Dart board need volunteers to work booth. Prizes such as bags of candy (unopened!) or other small prizes will count as hours
-March of Dimes-next.Tues
-Read to Lead-walk to Ike elem. school every Tuesday after school. Read to children until about 3:30
-Blood Drive-Feb 27th in the girl's gym. speaker Tanya Vu-explain registration (date of birth & picture ID)
Coming SOOn!: Sleep in a Box-March 3rd. 8 pm tp 8 am (Sat. night to Sun. morning) need to raise $25 to get in
-CONVENTION! sing-up sheet for people who are interested. Cost is $100 (might go down due to past and future fundraisers but not up!). Need to know who is going and if one wants to go, one must give a $20 deposit by NEXT MEETING! Also, if oneis elected as an officer for next year, that one MUST go to convention! We need a male sponsor. The sponsor WILL BE PAID FOR.
-Nominations: President (previous officer), Exec. Vice President (must be a senior!), Vice President (must be a junior), Secretary, Treasurer, Editor, WEbmaster, and House Rep. (sr. & jr.)
