Congrats to Joe! He scored 2nd on the District Parliamentary Procedures/ Bylaws Test at the Summer District Board Meeting!!
Joe is a 16-year-old junior at Eisenhower High school and a member of the Ike Key Club. But Joe is no ordinary Key Club member. He is also the Lt. Gov of our Division, Division 18, and the new convention liason for the 2007 district convention.

Joe will be organizing the Fall Training Conference in Wichita Falls at the Midwestern Campus sometime in late October. FTC is a great way for club officers to receive some training before they start the school year. All clubs in District 18 are encouraged to come. Saturday October 21, 2006 in Witchita Falls. We'll be carpooling down there. Everyone going needs to meet in the Ike parking lot at 8:30.
PCM will be held December 16th here in Lawton at Liberty National Bank. If you wish to attend, sign up at the next meeting.
Dec was held Feb. 3rd at the public library at 10 am. I'm happy to report that our very own Joe Schibi was re-elected to serve as out Lt. Gov. for Division 18 next year! Next time you see Joe, congratulate him on a year well served and another to come!
